Pharmacist (non dispensing)

Mayli Foong is a consultant (non dispensing) pharmacist who is working with us twice a week.

Mayli is engaged with us on various projects such as improving the home medication review process for our patients with multiple medications.

Mayli is able to work with our GP's to ensure whether patients with chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, diabetes and heart disease have been adequately investigated and are on optimal treatment.

Mayli is also available to consult with our patients who have multiple medications to ensure they are being taken as prescribed and to look out for any medication interactions or side effects.

Lots of our patients are using alternative and naturopathic medicines, and it is helpful to review the safety of these products too.
