Special Interests

The sub-speciality of primary care skin cancer medicine allows Andrew to use both his diagnostic and surgical skills. He is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and is undertaking further studies to achieve a Fellowship in skin cancer medicine. Andrew is available for skin checks, non-surgical treatment of skin cancers, and surgical options including flaps & grafts.

Qualifications

Andrew studied medicine at the University of Western Australia and then went on to work in various hospitals around Perth. After specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery, a change of pace beckoned and he consequently completed General Practice training, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

About

Andrew has maintained an interest in sports medicine and continues to work with the Perth Glory as a game-day doctor. Outside of work, his interests include sports and travel. He plays AFL and Touch Rugby, previously representing both WA and NT.
