Palmerston and the integrated services of South Metro Community Alcohol and Drug Services (SMCADS)
January 2022, expanding on my interest in trauma informed provision of judgement free, Person-centered
counselling. I engage an integrated approach informed by ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, motivational interviewing
and mindfulness body-based theories and processes that support clients in moving towards what is most
important to them as an individual currently. I am passionate about whole being wellness and preventative
alongside providing support for those who are on a recovery journey of any kind.
