Eddy completed his medical training in Trinity College, University of Dublin in 2012 and moved to Perth in 2013.
He has worked in various hospital settings in metropolitan and rural hospitals, for the next 8 years. Throughout his career, he has primarily focused on surgery, with a sizable time spent in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Orthopaedics. He completed his General Practice training in 2023.
Given his extensive experience in surgery, Edward has a keen interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. To this end has completed the Skin Cancer College of Australia’s Certificate in Dermoscopy and Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery.
Dr Siddens is proficient in Dermoscopic Diagnosis of Skin cancer conditions and is comfortable with all aspects of skin cancer surgeries, from simple biopsies and excisions throughout the body and face to larger excisions that require construction with skin grafts or flaps.
